Pamela Fishman Cianci | Founder & Lead Producer
Pamela Fishman Cianci is a highly skilled and well-connected serial entrepreneur with a proven track record working both autonomously and with teams of all sizes in startup environments both on and offline for the past 20 years. As part of a significant double e-commerce business acquisition, Pamela was awarded multiple opportunities to create new revenue streams and systems. As such, Pamela has deep business development, sales, brand partnership, digital marketing, retail (on and offline) and acquisition expertise. She is also a master project and event planner with decades of experience consulting for lifestyle businesses, creating marketing plans and producing any size events.
As an avid skier and lover of sunshine, good food and award-winning wine, Pamela has found Northern California the perfect place to make her home, raise her family and create businesses she is passionate about. Prior to Outlined Productions, she director of marketing and events for the PlumpJack Group, where she met just about everyone and became one of San Francisco's most visible young professionals. From there she went on to write professionally about events for the San Francisco Examiner and create a made-to-order baking business, Sugar & Spike. All have gifted her the unique opportunity to work with countless amazing people, brands and couples.
In addition, her tremendous organizational skills lend to her always being prepared regardless of the occasion thus Pamela conceived a digital, emergency planning platform, ARE YOU READY?, allowing her longtime desire to create a socially responsible business to come to fruition.
Pamela lives on the Peninsula with her husband Darrin, two daughters, Beaumont and Mallin, and son Lazlo. She frequents live music, loves to travel and enjoys entertaining family and friends.
Quincy Groff | Senior Producer
Quincy lives in San Francisco with her fiancé Dan and cat Bella and has been event planning in the Bay Area for the past six years. She is from the Monterey area and went to school in Santa Barbara - She loves to travel, visit with friends and is wedding planning for 2019!
She has a background in non-profit, weddings and corporate events - loves to handle the logistics and wrangle all the details. She loves meeting new people and making connections around the Bay Area event industry.
Natalie Hemingway | Producer
Originally hailing from the Central Coast, Natalie has called Napa her home for the past five years. She graduated from Sonoma State University with a degree in Mass Communications and later her teaching credential. Natalie’s strengths are rooted in her hard work ethic, gifted communication skills and a thoughtful approach to organizing large groups. Her wide ranging abilities draw from her experience in the restaurant and tourism industry, as well as teaching First Grade.
As a new mother to her son, Hayes, time management has never been more important; but in between parenting, she finds time to teach barre, garden and cook with her husband, and hike with their springer spaniel, Juniper. She thrives on positivity, consideration and a solid to-do list!
Catalina Appelblom | Producer
Raised in south Florida - Catalina has been living in Northern California for over 23 years. Catalina has always had a passion of planning and hosting events. She is known for creating and hosting some of the most successful fundraising parties for her community. Professionally, she has worked on multiple events in the retail world and wine industry including Neiman Marcus, Williams Sonoma, Franciscan and Mount Veeder. Catalina brings a passion for events, deep experience and a great positive outlook to all Outlined events.
Catalina enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the coast, skiing, hosting parties and dining out.
Yasmin Warmuth | Producer
Coming from South America, Yasmin took on the challenge to explore a new country and learn a new language. She arrived in the United States in 2015 and she currently works for SRI International in Menlo Park, CA as an office assistant. She helps the C3WP team to collect information about kids’ education from hundreds of schools in the United States through surveys and writing tests that will measure the kids’ learning progress during the school year.
Prior to working at SRI, Yasmin gained experience maintaining homes, taking care of children, and assisting event planners at several events. Her passion is all about helping people no matter what their needs are. She works hard to exceed people’s expectations and holds a wide range of skills to do so. She has a desire to impress, so she will always give her best.
